Dave Hanley, his son Mike, and Mike's wife Pat, opened this facility in August of 2008. During construction, the Hanleys assembled a staff of 8 Challenge Course Facilitators. Each facilitator working at Aerial Adventures is fully trained. Any facilitator that is involved in any activity off the ground with participants has completed 'Level One Certification' by ABEE, Inc. ABEE, Inc. built, inspects and maintains our facility. ABEE is based in Oconomowoc, WI. and is one of the nation's leading designers/builders of challenge courses, climbing elements, and zip lines.

All staff follows a strict guideline set forth by ACCT(Association for Challenge Course Technologies) This Association is the governing body for these types of facilities. Aerial Adventures is a member in good standing of ACCT.

All staff, and the facliity itself are under the supervision of our Challenge Course Director, Joseph Reynolds, CCM. Joe recently received his masters degree in recreation administration from George Williams College(Aurora University) located in nearby Williams Bay, Wi. Joe has an extensive backround in the operation of a challenge course as well as the design and implementation of educational programs utilized at these types of facilities.
